Yes and no, might be well supplied today, but sovereign risk is massive for critical mineral supply chains these days. I dare argue the point the copper, lithium, uranium and REE's supply in the next 3-10 years is massively in deficit once you take out BRICS supply.
You don't find it and mine it, most of the above new discoveries will have a 3 year timeline minimum to production.
So I find little weight in today's supply is adequate argument.
