Without permits commercial discussions are completely moot.
Given Mark and Talga have absolutely no control over the permitting process, I disagree that it has been "Too Long in the tooth"
It is, has and always will be all about the permits. These are are catalyts, our primary key for any deals, offtakes, financing agreements etc.
I repeat.. without permits.. all deals are moot
Without permits commercial discussions are completely moot....
