This stock is well off the radar of most investors. Usually low volume, sometimes zero volume, so investors become frustrated and soon off load when there is a slight rise. And low volume can cause it to also drop significantly allowing buyers to reenter....... then exit.......

Like you said this stock will go nowhere until its taken over or some kind of revenue is generated.
