Hi @1for1 , think you are a bit confused here as the options are well in the money.
They have a 2.5c strike price so anything over that is "in the money".
Maybe you mean that @1.5c option price if you convert its costing you 4c a share which is higher than current share price but that's not the BOD fault - normally options command a premium as you can leverage bigger returns but that is the markets decision - not the BOD's.
Also, a lot of holders received free options with capital raises so effectively if they convert its only costing them 2.5c a share.
