The fact you think the company should of raised funds in the traditional sense shows you haven't been paying attention, the already large SOI is an issue, and when SKI take their option that's another 669m shares.
If the company did another Standars CR to raise the funds a lot more shares would of been issued..
This deal was to minimize dilution.
