Just my opinion, but I don't think people are putting 2 and 2 together here.

DC gave up on timelines ages ago. The next steps won't fall into place until DC is ready for them to fall into place.
If DCs most used word - "favourable" is not familiar to RNU investors than they haven't read much of his correspondence or watched interviews with him.

When all the required conditions become favourable, and they will soon, we will see some rapid-fire announcements start to flow.

At that point, good luck to those who have been waiting in the wings because I believe this will be one of the quickest rises in share price you will ever likely see.
