Probably gza, but most of us on the sidelines will wait for the court case to see what retribution payments and or % return needs to be made to a vexatious vendor that make spurious claims.
Talk about being backed into a corner, a big resource upgrade falls into the vexatious vendors hands, a go slow a drill here and there and probably helps the court case that to keep compensation at a minimum.
Why would an MD do this to the in country vendor that put all of this amazingly rich project together in the first place?
Wasn’t his own share enough?
