Nothing goes up in a straight line.EXR had a good run so far and it needed a bit of a breather. Plenty of new shareholders in the 8-10 cent range joined the register and waiting for the next leg up.Fairly low value to get us back to 7.3 cent.So...its not really a sell off.Its a bit of a combination of selling pressure of AOP shareholders, selling their allocated ERX shares, EOY tax selling and the timeframe for next drilling results...
But nothing changed their fundamentals...all good
