    You're probably on the money, qiksix. Get the price as low as possible so an offer maybe 50% above market looks great, but leaves most of us with swingeing losses if we have to accept it. If that transpires, I'll be in on any shareholder action taking this BoD to task. The phrase 'conspiracy to defraud' comes to mind for some reason.
