And guess what the ' Market ' will be wanting to know and speculating on from here until when the assays are received is what the ' Array ' of drill hole numbering sequence will be applied to these results.
So we know by looking at the attached Maps , that on 21st February when RNX announced the previous 4,000 meter ' maiden ' drill results from 2013 ( FIRST Map below ) - You can see the chronological flow of the drill hole number flows from bottom right of screen zigzagging up from possibly right to left moving up the screen from South to North.
So assuming a similar logic of numbering flow applies to the SECOND Map below , remembering also that the proposed Hole #24 was obviously cancelled from their original proposed drilling which was for " UP TO 3,000 metres ,and we've only seen 2,000 over 23 holes. So they most likely LIKED what they done , and enough so to just go straight through to the labs while also managing the exploration well on the drill program. I mean they obviously HIT enough SHALLOW grades to warrant pulling up short almost a 1,000 metres of drilling.
So given ALL this , might we see a result here which confirms that our current BEST being THICKEST hole of RMG019 directly correlates to the same proximity as MGX 009 with its previous BEST result of 44 metres @1.7% Cu and .17 Au . I mean this NEW RMG019 hole is more than HALF of the entire visible depth of the hole starting from ONLY 54 metres deep.
Then we have the equally DEEPER drilled hole of RMG021 potentially being ' stepped out ' towards the 300 hole being more metres wide metrix of the Mongoose early stage deposit ALSO great visual thickness of 33 metres from 81 and which is also closely aligned to that of the previous ALSO good result of 6 metres at 1.0% Cu and .34 g/t Au from previous hole MGX 017.
We then of course given that scenario of spacing numbering our current hole RMG019 which would confirm a potential westerley dipping trend of higher grades at depth out to RMG021 ....which could mean a fairly SIZABLE deposit exists here.
Also given this numbering scenario , RMG09 , 10 , & 11 would also be right inside and just out of the ' Pocket ' of the identified North - South trending Gossan Zone. So we have to remember the ' Trends ' which have also been identified from our Neighbors thru their Taipan and Paddock Lode deposits
Either way , its is certainly going to be very interesting to see what we've actually got here , and perhaps a better answer as to WHY Glencore was more than accommodative in allowing this particular ' surrounding ' Mongoose tenement to be excised out of the existing Carpentaria JV arrangements.
