    I'd say putting those deep holes in is the most value accretive thing they can do. It's worked pretty well to-date hasn't it? SPR was priced to perfection before this ann. Any ann that's 99% not 100% would result in a sell off...It's par for the course when it comes to stocks that have run hard.
