A share price of 60 to 70 cents at 20 million shares is exactly the same MC as 0.6 to 0.7 cents at 2 Billion shares. The only difference is it gives ability to fluctuate up or down. Currently if a capital raising occurs (as it will have to soon) it will be around 0.4 cents and could easily drift to 0.1 cent, you are buggered because you will have closer to 4 billion shares not 2 billion shares, if the company had another huge find when there would be so many shares out there that they would be lucky to get to 1 cent because every one cent increase in share price would increase the MC valuation by 40 million (if you had 4 billion shares out there).
