"Western Sheet Extension - PPDH023

Testing the downdip extensions of the Western Sheet on Line 7, PPDH023 intersected a 5.4m mineralised interval that is yet to be assayed but is expected to carry high silver values. About 45% of the interval comprises strong iron, lead and zinc sulphides within the balance of dolomite host (Photo 1).

The bottom interval of 1.2m is very sulphide-rich and has identifiable copper sulphide (Photo 2). The strongest “massive” sulphide mineralisation has the same appearance as the very high grade silver-bearing intervals in PPDH002 on the other side of the prospect in the offset Northeast Zone of the same interpreted sheet.

Sampling and assaying of the PPDH023 sulphide interval have been brought forward ahead of other holes with results expected in several weeks. If very high silver grades are to be measured as is expected, the assays although now done here in Australia, may still require some extra time to ensure accurate silver readings.

There is also good support for strike extensions to the Western Sheet target from prior drilling on Lines 8 and 9, respectively 100m and 200m north of Line 7 and in the area referred to as the Northwest Zone. On Line 8, PPRC008 intersected a fresh sulphide interval of similar 5 metres width and with high silver grades and associated copper at about 90 metres below the surface."
