The main issue with Solstice is there is not much visibility or focus on their long term goals. Is it Gold, Rare Earths or Nickel? We know for sure now that Lithium is out of the equation after the sale of those tenements.
They seem to be going everywhere at the moment Hence why some are seeing this as a lifestyle company which I agree to an extent.
Having said that, it seems Nero and Precision is still there.
