Hi Mike, if you think it might be AUZ that's going cold on the SKI deal then wouldn't it be in their best interests to make an announcement and say something like "we have decided to end our discussions with SKI as we feel, in time, we can secure a better deal for the company and its shareholders with other interested parties"
