My supposition is that AUZ pushes back for a better deal. So in effect we have a tug of war going on.

SKI saying let's do a deal for $80m and 20% plus discount pricing.

AUZ saying you must be joking with that demand coming you can pay a premium.

So the tug of war is about - can AUZ outlast SKI until the commercial demand is so strong that SKI have no choice but to bite the bullet. Or AUZ finds another party to do business with.

There is nothing to report because the deal is technically "being negotiated"

But I wonder why AUZ would be maxing out their share issue facility. plus asking for extra exemptions. You don't do that unless there is something big about to happen and you need to have loads of shares ready for issue if needed.
