that's not true - it was the company which requested the TH and the ASX allowed it. The company could simply have submitted the drilling announcement to the ASX and they would have decided whether it was worth a TH. ICG was desperate to avoid a sudden sp drop due to their (yet again) poor results so they requested a TH....
