Amigos, I don't hold but have been watching St George for a few years and finally plan to be a new shareholder this week. With regards to the debate over the minerals at Mt Alexander, I'd say that colour can be very misleading. Often the colour of minerals can be due to trace metals such as manganese, iron, etc. So in general it can be unreliable as a guide. Instead, the style and shape of the crystals can be a better guide. In the announcement, the first chip tray show chips with sharper edges (probably spodumene), while the second chip tray shows more rounded blobs (probably lepidolite) - just my interpretation. At a guess there is probably some of both minerals in the two sets of chip trays. Luckily, St George has quite a bit of prospective outcrop to explore, so it should be able to find an economic mineralised resource. Good luck to all, especially the patient longtermers, it should be an exciting time.
