SVL is using the same company to manage its EIS as the previous proponent and relying on what it calls historical modelling, exclusively for some aspects. See website. The history of failed attempts shows there are obviously some huge roadblocks to this project. If management is stalling in hopes of a Ag price rise it should tell shareholders and the market.
