Never been a fan. This set up with 2 directors being based in Sydney is not working. You can manage remotely for a while but its clearly not working now. The success of mineral exploration is field leadership. Well thats my experience. You have to kick the ground to understand the issues. Sitting in a TV studio or talking to reporters via a zoom call is ok when the drills are talking.
