Who knows, well brokers with international experience would and there are a good few brokers lurk around HC though most would never admit to being brokers. Indeed most reputable broking house strongly discourage their brokers get involved much on forums like HC, the legal implications being obvious..
I don't think its as easy for example as buy in Australia sell in Germany for example, if it were everyone would be doing it and any margins would be quickly eroded by competition. Wherever there is an easy buck to be made that hole is either plugged or flooded in my life experience.
Be nice to have it explained one day how the different markets are made/run, we all understand the ASX but the German one is a bit of a mystery to most including me.
