I disagree. Some big sellers may want out, but that won't hold this stock down forever.
For now, it just looks to be a case of waiting for the stock to be substantially de-risked - that is, for financing to cover capex. Not a guaranteed money maker (this is still a risky play), but I like my odds on this one.
