Yeah, the rorters are in the box seat but eventually there will be a catalyst which reversed this entire situation for DRE. The rorters will then move onto their next piece of meat, and there are plenty of sectors, currently at all-time high stock levels, particularly in tech and real estate, which will be in struggle street very soon Imo!
At the end of the day, gold will continue its re-rate Imo, there is still a long way to go to catch the Shanghai pricing. Silver too actually! Hate to say it but BRICS are winning and have planned this precious metals run very well. Timing is everything. We can blame our woke and dysfunctional western governments for dropping the ball and creating this entire situation. Deliberately some may say... "You will own nothing and be happy." When investors in Australia finally wake up to gold, as their other investments hit issues, gold stocks on the ASX will finally start moving in line with the situation IMO.
