In regards to the entitlement offer, there will be no additional share rights allocated if others don't take up their entitlement. I called KRC directly at their Western Australia office and enquired about it and got a call back from Tony Barton personally.
Just to make that clear, your share entitlements at 1 cent is all you can subscribe for. There will be no further allocation! So any eligible shareholder not yet subscribed who does decide they want to support the company and take up their rights entitlement, then certainly now would be a good time to do it before it's too late.
