That's why I've been discussing the possibility of a merger. I think it's on the table, how likely? who knows but there has to be some kind of change otherwise both companies and the JV will continue to be in a precarious position.
I think we are the only two who broach the subject of a merger yet it is the most logical solution with regards to NAL which is the only potential near term cash generator for both Companies.
Like any merger it won't be perfect and would be disruptive short term but with all companies everything is done with the long-term in mind and it becomes all about how the new entity performs.
