TNC is going through a major senior management upheaval with the recruitment of a new Managing Director and CFO.

From my brief reading on their business it appears production shortfalls from their Copper Sulphate plant and dismissal of operational staff over the past few month has added to the mayhem. Plus some badly needed funding / capital injection going on. Thus no wonder RNX ore processing negotiations have been drawn out.

On a positive note, the new management team will be in a better position to progress toll treatment discussions with RNX (Mongoose ores) going forward.
