    It looks like an insto wanting to take a solid position and they are dangling the carrot to see if any large cap raise sellers are around?

    Interesting watch.

    I've been frustratingly at the top of the queue to top up at 1.9 for days but it just never quite gets there.

    No chance now in the short term unless the large buyer at 2 cents is taken out.
