You're a shaft sinker David?
I agree with your assumptions for a shaft.
Blind sink is what is required no doubt.
EHM had a 993m shaft sink of which half was blind and the second half was strip and line.
I was manageing the safey for that particular shaft. First of that dept fatality free may I add.
I think multiple multiple bags prior to those assessments and decisions though.
