There are a few traders catching a pip as it rises. The offer stack has been oscillating between 19M and 21M for the last few days (i.e. somebody buys @ 2.1 and immediately puts them up for sale @ 2.2) but today the offer depth is slowly decreasing. If that continues it can only mean the stock is being accumulated and the breakout (when it comes) will have some legs.
