Hi docmin and others ass I understand it they have put the AGM off to a later date as there will be something then that will have to be voted on by shareholders but is not finalisedat the moment.To me this appears to be a good enough reason as it would save having 2 meetings. We can only hope that it is a good event for shareholders .Cheers Towie DYOR
