Based on my understanding, between the holding of JP and his associates I think a hostile take over would be rather difficult - but happy to be corrected...
Like many others on here I have been holding for over five years and I'm in no rush to turnover my shares just yet. That said, I am hoping for some upward momentum in the next 12 months just as a sign of good faith.
