Hi ozblue,
Whilst I applaud your research and have no issue with your post I would suggest the following.
It is not that difficult to look back 10 years and judge where they may have made the wrong call or should have done something different. Not so easy when one is starting from scratch.
I think the Bod expected success much earlier but that’s exploration. A couple of years ago they even arranged for an approx 6 million dollar line of credit, no doubt believing they were close to success. No such luck but I imagine it was done to prevent a CR. When success did not happen they cancelled the line of credit and completed a CR.
One can argue all day long whether they have gone about things the right way but I believe every decision they have made was right at the time it was made.
Like Maureen22 and a few others, I believe the Bod have a fair idea what they have here and want to mine and whilst they may well get taken over at some stage, they are trying very hard to prevent that. If it did happen they want it to be at the highest possible price even if this means some more dilution. Again, this is a judgement call and they won’t know if the call is correct till later.
Again no offence meant with this post.
All the best to all holders.
