Someone got moderated for "hearsay" yesterday, but before that post got moderated, I did read in it that when the draft "independent" report gets released to Melbana (it hasn't yet apparently), it will be checked over by Melbana's specialists anyway before it gets released to market. The "independent" could be for all sorts of reasons (thinking finance?)
