When you look at previous announcements the leases they have under control have 3 more proved previously drilled locations. The first 4 drilling programs should all deliver pay. They have more leases under application so land holdings and perspective resource (100.2 BCF ) should significantly grow as the current P50 resource estimate is only on their currently leased ground .

At least we know that due to location that once wells are fully operational this project could quickly receive cash flow from potentially 4 proven Hydrogen occurring wells in the near future . Any drilling away from those 4 are a gamble like any other gas projects.
