I don't mean to pour too much cold water on the Welchau rate potential too. If it is indeed a well connected 800Bcf reservoir then it will likely flow very well, based on a long gas column and high gas saturation- its just the "everything goes right case" though, so good to be thinking about the infinite number of possibilities in between.
