Share prices at all time lows, they move in and clean up all the suckers shares who sold for peanuts and shorted constantly. nothing left to short.
Now they force the small and micro caps up to highs over the next month and a half and sell for profits while shorters get squeezed thinking it's going to continue going down.
Then the same bullshite of sell in May and go away occurs, another excuse to thrash the markets down again.
