With revenue of $5m per month and prepayment repayments of only $1.375 with a 4 month grace period, why wouldn't you take the funding and potentially double your oil production rate? Absolute serviceable no brainer imho. Success there would give them significant cashflow and likely a corresponding increase to market cap. Perhaps to the point where they'd take over their SM71 partner per their MD's remuneration plan...might be a reason for not drilling F5...
