If it is a "Starter Pit" what do you think comes next? ...
They could start with a 10-year LOM pit then in time bring online other pits.
Remember also they have other targets spread across their property and some could be just as big or bigger than Korbel.
Nice thing about their ground is the mineralisation and alterations are visible at surface. It's not hidden under sand or thick vegetation.
