As far as I am aware they have applied for mining license which should be issued within 3 months, correct me if I'm wrong.
Due diligence agreements close on the 31st of this Month, there is an intention for renewal of negotiations between all three parties, this renewal is expected to occur anytime now. Could be tomorrow or in two weeks. I expect negotiations to conclude within 2 months, maybe a lot sooner, they are currently in China conducting these negotiations as we speak. So, again, this could be anytime, tomorrow, a weeks time, a moths, it's a waiting game at the moment.
