MDI offer looking pretty silly at this point in time imo …. share price of AME 3.6 cents/ps whilst last sale price of MDI a couple days back was 0.6 cents/ps … at that price 5 MDI shares equal 3 cents … as an AME shareholder I would rather sell on the market at 3.6 cent /ps. Not only that it looks like AME has got a heap of news on the way with a 10,000 metre drilling programme now underway. If the target on Eldale Fault comes good then MDI will be left with a red face as AME might turn the table and mop it up for a fraction of what it currently values itself (but seriously why bother imo!).
If AME shares start to jump up towards 8 cents or more then how silly will MDI offer look?
