    * It's low grade
    * Terrible track record. This company (under the older name BSM) couldn't get a graphite mine anywhere near nameplate, so getting a more complex lithium operation seems like a stretch.
    * The company amazingly keeps its head above water at the cost of shareholder value destruction. It has lifestyle written all over it.
