dont know who gave you the thumbs up on this post post but anyway....."plugged and abandoned" is a commonly used term in the drilling industry. First time i ever came across it i was like huh? simply put, they have drilled,tested and moved on to the next hole. I think KAR recently ended an ann. with ...plugged and abandoned....the share price fell and subsequently rose again when investors realised it didnt mean they had drilled a duster. Industry speak that can confuse
