I tend to agree with Bj 789. I don't think the new Managing Director Justin Tremain is probably in any hurry at all. He doesn't get his first free lot of 25,000,000 shares until he has been Managing director for atleast 12 months. I still think the way he has given himself 100,000,000 low hurdle bonus free shares is wrong. Why would you work too hard when you don't get your first free shares until you have worked for a year. It may be in Justin's interest to ramp things up at the 12 month mark of his employment after he gets his first free 12 month bonus shares. I really hope he gets things fired up straight away rather than wait and whittle away the cash.I really hope Justin goes hard, goes early and quickly. This is the best way too build the share price. Get momentum and go go go with action and results. I suspect things are on the go slow at the moment while Justin takes a lovely leisurely break over Christmas, New year and January. Anyway I could be wrong, I hope so. It's a real pity to waste the short dry season. Time will tell if he is a hard worker or not and if he is really motivated to get MSR fired up.
