I think we should all write to the new independent director to complain about the failure of the existing management. If he is looking after the interest of shareholders, he would do something about it. He should be made aware of shareholders concerns. Either Allchurch has something to hide or he is just irresponsible in not communicating with the shareholders. It is shocking that he has no plans or directions and never kept his words. That is a disgrace, he should be replaced unless he changes his attitude.
