Institutions are generally a passive lot and normally goes with the directors. When money is involved and when they are staring down at a Hugh loss, they would do something. It is quite obvious that Allchurch does not measure up so I called for change. Obviously I was wrong previously as I admit as I too support management until they destroyed the company, like running it like their own family business, not communicating with shareholders and failed miserably in their efforts. Thus we need change now before they scrounge up all the funds. Our new independent director should by now be able to replace Allchurch.
