Fair call.. I get the frustration..No idea, all I know is that unless you were absolutely confident of starting a drilling campaign, as a company quite aware of conserving capital, why would you mobilise a crew to sit there twiddling thumbs?
But I do get the frustration that holders are feeling here.. I myself feel the same frustration..
