It is a bit strange.
An ICG announcement said they were going to start drilling Sunday.
Then they released the announcement about being ready to drill on Monday.
However the Water Permit hasn't been addressed.
All I can gather is that they a ready to go and still waiting for the Water Permit.
I'm guessing we'll see an announcement today or early this week from ICG saying it's been granted.
GLTAH – clearly the start of something big.
