Ofcourse its a spec! it has no revenue currently, and its value is based on the perceived minerals within its holdings.
However, you also back specs it seems in PEK, has that one going?
CUU have a quality portfolio of land, some are right next to WORLD class mines, like the one being funded by the SA Govt, so when it comes to specs, I'd rather be in the right spots and have govt support, then not.
The price is cheap now, as it is with most specs or small miners, so with drilling happening now, its a good time to buy IMO.
