WA8's Golden Range is:
Close to the town/port of Geraldton.
Five hours from Perth.
Three kilometres from 29M Golden Grove processing hub (has a dedicated precious metals concentrate circuit and mill currently running significantly below nameplate).
Golden Grove has a really shitty Zinc offtake agreement, wouldn't be surprised to see 29M try and displace high grade zinc ore with gold or copper ore.
Golden Grove has thousands of ounces of heavily OTM gold hedging that they are looking to exit (is toll treating an option)?
Twelve kilometres from Rothsay.
Sixty kilometres from Mt Gibson which has reserve grade under half that of most Golden Range pits (0.9gt).
Closer to Deflector than Rothsay (Deflector has only 3 years of ore reserves).
Very comforting to see a well renowned drill contractor take interest in WA8 (WA8 is the only ASX listed explorer that Top Drill has taken an equity stake in).

I could keep going but it would get boring.

Let's just say there are a lot of ducks lining up and they have barely had the project for 12 months.

None of this is investment advice, explorers are inherently risky so wouldn't recommend throwing huge sums into it.
In saying that this is my largest exploration company holding at present.
I'm hoping this will be another multi bagger like Spartan.
