CVV has hit the ground running this year.

Results, activity and plans include a wide ranging and fairly aggressive program.

    • Some assay results from last year's diamond drilling
    • Some still pending
    • 3 diamond holes at Dasher with the rig churning away already on the third. Not easy to see on satellite imagery.
    • RC drilling at Dasher South planned near hole 21-32. Nothing visible, obvious, on satellite imagery.
    • 5 holes (6564700N 128-32) shown on the Dasher Plan (previously noted on satellite and posted about these but the southern line does not appear to have been drilled yet).
    • Planned RC on Bindi West.
    • Not mentioned(?) but there has been some activity in the Bindi East and hinge area. ?RC
    • Aircore program visible on satellite imagery at Bindi South East Fold area and looks like it will extend to the north and "will extend coverage in all directions around the Bindi Deposit" in due course. Wide spaced lines 200m mostly. With a rough interpretation below. https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/3997/3997497-a5dc84278bc4481aaa668e2ed05898c5.jpghttps://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/3997/3997499-3f73b965abefe4ab632b314a9bc4b56a.jpg

This messy diagram is a data dump from my Google Earth data base.
White is an early outline of mineralisation. Pink and yellow are starter pit outline estimates. Lime green lines to the east approximation of lines seen on Satellite imagery. Thick red line the surface trace of the Hanging Wall Fault. Green tenement outline. Masses of holes with more to come.

The Folded Bindi W Hinge E and SE appear to dip west at 40-50 degrees. This is steeper than the 30 degree dip shown on the Hanging wall fault. If correct, this geometry supports the statement in the announcement that there may be more mineralisation at shallow depth than previously assumed from a steeper dipping fault. May not be a huge amount but anything that shows up as part of a mineable pit shell will help. The two red lines on this image give some idea of what this 3D bit of geopoetry might mean.

The geology of the mineralisation behaves itself quite well in a broad context but the details of how folding, faulting and dykes impact is a major conundrum in rocks of this level of metamorphism and age. Probably the same for almost any deposit though IMO particularly tough in this area.

2020 RC drilling at Dasher was disappointing and the 3 diamond holes (18-20) may be an attempt to come up with more structural etc information to try and sort out why those holes didn't pan out well.

No surprise they are putting some more RC into Dasher South (21-32 area).

I am a bit surprised they are trying to prove up Dasher - Opie (eg holes 128-132). Probably broad spaced set of holes along the trend that may be infilled later if results priorities and finances align.

    Just thoughts and musings.
